PAYMENT AND ORDERS
Cornerstone accepts checks and credit cards through Braintree. We also accept PayPal. If you have an established PayPal account, just use your account as you normally would use it. If you would like more information on PayPal, or if you would like to open a free account with them, visit their website at: http://www.paypal.com. You do not need a PayPal account to process your order.

Checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All checks or money orders must be made payable to Cornerstone Book Publishers. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders. All dishonored bank checks will be subject to a $25.00 service fee. We reserve the right to hold an order until the check is cleared. Once an order is placed, we cannot combine it with another order nor cancel it once it is processed.

Non-U.S. shipping rates
We have no control over the cost of shipping. Non-US orders can be sometimes far more expensive than realized. In order to try and reduce the high non-US shipping costs, we did use flat rate shipping in the past. It was a disaster. Follow a long string of lost orders, we are forced to only use Priority Shipping for all non-US orders. The cost is higher, but delivery is far more reliable and traceable. If you want to know the shipping for a non-US order before placing your order in the shopping cart, please send contact us with the books you want to order along with the complete shipping address.

If you contact us about an order be sure to include both your name and date of order. Without this information, it makes it very difficult to trace an order. E-mails sent without the customer name or other order info or with attachments will be disregarded.
SHIPPING TIMES AND INFO
We endeavor to ship all in-stock items ASAP of receipt of order (usually within 3 - 5 business days of the order), but delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Sometimes delays happen. If your order is needed by a special date, please let us know prior to placing your order, and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Orders received after Noon will be processed on the next working day (Saturday, Sunday & holidays excluded). NOTE: The months from November through January are normally the busiest shipping times. Please expect delays in shipping during these times. We will try to give exact shipping times during these months, but cannot guarantee that delays will not happen.
RETURNS, LOST ITEMS & OTHER PROBLEMS
We at Cornerstone are proud of the quality of our books and if what you buy is not satisfactory it may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within thirty (30) days of purchase date. We can not consider a U.S. order as being lost until 30 days have passed since the date of shipment. We can not cancel an order once it is in the process of being filled. We can not change a shipping address or name of who it is being shipped to once it has begun the fulfillment process. We can not change a shipping method once it has shipped.
PRIVACY
When you place an order, or e-mail us, all information collected is kept strictly confidential. Information you give us is NEVER sold or given to anyone outside of our company without your express permission.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
We make every effort to maintain the prices on Cornerstone; however, due to conditions beyond our control, all prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.

Please Note: Out of concern for viruses, we do not accept or receive e-mails with attachments. All e-mails with attachments are deleted unread and unopened. If something cannot be sent in any other manner except by attachment, send us an e-mail (with no attachment) explaining why you must send the attachment and we will forward you an address where you can send the mail.
